We recently purchased Tier and so far the app has been great. I love the functionality and customization you can do with the bundles, the option for custom CSS to help the bundles blend with the theme is very helpful in keeping things cohesive. The customer service for Tier is unmatched, quick response times and actual solutions for issues is what you get. We are so glad to have chosen Tier for our new bundling function and will be utilizing it across the board.

I was looking for a bundle builder type app that had some flexibility, yet was compact enough to display on (almost) every product page. Tier has just that. The SWAP feature is a game changer and works really well. The interface is intuitive, and support is fast, friendly, and helpful. Currently on the Essential plan but will need to upgrade to Pro soon as I'm adding more products that will benefit from the swappable bundles. Yay!

I was looking for a solution where my customers could create their own customized gift box and I came across Tier, this app is really intuitive and easy to setup. I had a minor issue with the compatibility with my theme and the developer was SUPER kind and quick with responding and resolving my issue! VERY HAPPY. I might even need to upgrade now!

This is a great app, being able to make swappable bundles is just fantastic. The app is very easy to install and use, the support excellent. A shame you can't give six stars.

I just installed this app, and so far so good. I love the "Swap" feature on bundles, and the tech support for this app is excellent. I had a problem with it clashing with one of the apps I already had installed on my store, and the developer helped me fix the issue. Developers are very responsive and provide personalized fixes quickly. Right now, I'm on the free plan to see what effect the one bundle I created has on my sales, and if it proves to be useful, I'll be upgrading to a paid plan.

We were looking for an app to bundle products to a gift set. Most apps for bundling did not match our requirements, Tier app was able to do so. It needed a little tweaking, but that was done easily with help from Tier support. Their reaction time was great! Thumbs up from us!

I really like this Tier App, it is part of our strategy to drive up AOV to use bundles and Tier is very easy to implement and has paid for itself in the first day we implemented it. Good value, great product, and their customer service (dom) is a very nice guy that was helpful.

Our initial minor problems with this app and our theme were quickly sorted out. Great support in a friendly manner. After trying quite a few alternatives, Tier fits the bill for us and we're happy to pay the very reasonable subscription fee to support the developers.

I downloaded 5 other apps today in an attempt to offer the opportunity for my customers to add the same product in different lengths while achieving the discount. There were so many problems with the others because they either failed to offer the proper functionality, the app itself was confusing, the app didn't install correctly, or it drastically slowed down my site. TIER was the shining light in the midst of chaos. It was an absolutely seamless installation that matches my site's design perfectly without me having to customize anything. Creating the bundles was easy and it's exactly what I wanted. The option to swap particular products is something I didn't know that I needed but I'm glad that I have. There was an issue that was quickly resolved by Dom who answered the question, customized the integration with my store, and was incredibly patient/kind/knowledgeable. I am planning to start another store soon and if there is an opportunity to use this app, I will do so in a heartbeat. Thanks Dom for making my customers' experiences better!
