Surprisingly, the customer support team was very helpful, fast, and efficient. On the other hand, my experience with TikTok customer service has been extremely disappointing. I've been waiting for over a month to get an issue resolved, and I still don't have an answer. Most of the time, the live agents seem to copy and paste template responses without actually addressing the issue, which is very frustrating. The whole process has been time-consuming and disappointing.
