No one gets back to you. There are no live chats and all the app does is send you in circles. When you ask a question for assistance it says someone will get back to you in 12 hours.

I used to have issues with overselling products on TikTok Shop because the previous software only update inventory every 30 mins. Then I found ShoppeDance, which updates inventory whenever it's changed. It also has a feature that lets me set a low inventory threshold to prevent overselling. This app has all the good features for TikTok Shop.

ShoppeDance is simply amazing. It makes my life so much easier by mirroring all my Shopify products. I can manage and edit which products are shown on my TikTok Shop and even choose specific products without displaying my entire Shopify catalog.

ShoppeDance is a lifesaver! I wasted so much time with other apps that never worked. This one is easy to use and works perfectly. The support team is great too. Can't recommend it enough!

I tried many TikTok Shop connectors, this is the only one that truly works! I wish I find out about Shoppedance sooner so I didn’t have to waste so much time and energy on the technical issues caused by the other connectors. Shoppedance is so easy to use, it only took me a few minutes to onboard. Now I can finally sync my products and orders automatically. This is the best app for TikTok Shop I’ve ever used!!

A big shout out to the ShoppeDance team for helping me setup my TikTok Shop. I’ve tried the TikTok app for Shopify. It took me 4 months and I still couldn’t get my TikTok Shop to go live. ShoppeDance is easy to use. It freed me from all the manual work involved with TikTok Shop. It definitely bring more value than what I pay for! Highly recommended!

This is such an amazing app! I’ve just started with TikTok Shop and had a lot of challenges incorporating TikTok Shop to my business, until my friend - another brand owner recommended ShoppeDance. The team is so helpful and guide me through the whole process. Now I can send my Shopify products to TikTok Shop, and fulfill TikTok Shop orders easily in my Shopify store.

0 STARS DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! This company takes your money, but when you have an issue with the app such as it not working the way it should with multiple error messages they are not there for you. I had an agent get pissy with my for there issue. I stated I wanted a refund the agent closed the chat window and disabled the ability to open a new chat window. I have owned several business and would never treat my customers this way. It is "Appalling" how they treat there customers. If you value your time and mental health stay away from Shoppedance products!!!! Like them we are in business to make money, they don't seem care if there porducts help us make money after we install it we are on our own. I have never had a support agent hang up or disconnect with me until this company. The support agent disconnected so fast it is like they encourage this sort of thing!
