This app is not meant for big sellers with large inventories. It's very difficult and time consuming to map product categories and brands having to do each item one at a time. Additionally, we received a "dedicated" account manager that has been unresponsive to our emails for weeks now. We will be looking for another solution to support our Tik Tok business.

My experience with ShoppeDance has been amazing! The setup and connection to TikTok were super quick and easy. I was able to create product bundles just like the ones on my website. The app lets me manage and fulfill all my orders directly in Shopify while automatically syncing everything to TikTok. This app has been incredibly helpful to our a small team!!

Shoppedance has been a game-changer for my business! Syncing my Shopify store with TikTok Shop used to be a headache, but this app makes it seamless and effortless. Inventory updates, order syncing, and product listings all work flawlessly, saving me tons of time. The interface is user-friendly, and the support team is quick to respond and super helpful whenever I have questions. If you're selling on TikTok Shop, this app is an absolute must-have—highly recommend!

0 STARS DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! This company takes your money, but when you have an issue with the app such as it not working the way it should with multiple error messages they are not there for you. I had an agent get pissy with my for there issue. I stated I wanted a refund the agent closed the chat window and disabled the ability to open a new chat window. I have owned several business and would never treat my customers this way. It is "Appalling" how they treat there customers. If you value your time and mental health stay away from Shoppedance products!!!! Like them we are in business to make money, they don't seem care if there porducts help us make money after we install it we are on our own. I have never had a support agent hang up or disconnect with me until this company. The support agent disconnected so fast it is like they encourage this sort of thing!
