VeriSync has been a huge help for our team. We were looking for an app to sync our product sets, and it has made the process much easier. The dashboard is simple, easy to navigate, and syncing and mapping products is straightforward. There are occasional loading delays, and some processes still require manual work, but the app has worked really well for us. A big thank you to Mel.Z for the excellent support! He's very responsive and helpful in answering our questions and addressing our requests. Overall, it's a great app with excellent customer support. Highly recommended!
VeriSync has made managing our TikTok Shop catalog much easier. The Shopify sync works well, it's easy to use, and their support team has been great whenever we've needed help. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone selling on TikTok Shop.
VeriSync is the reason we were able to standup our TikTok Shop quickly. It syncs quickly whenever a product is changed in Shopify. It allows us to add new variants or remove options without changing our listing in TTS. Their team is amazing - responsive and willing to walk through any questions quickly.
This app is not meant for big sellers with large inventories. It's very difficult and time consuming to map product categories and brands having to do each item one at a time. Additionally, we received a "dedicated" account manager that has been unresponsive to our emails for weeks now. We will be looking for another solution to support our Tik Tok business.

The interface is user-friendly, and the support team is quick to respond and super helpful whenever I have questions. If you're selling on TikTok Shop, this app is an absolute must-have—highly recommend!
there is no customer service at all, ui is bad and overall bad app
