Loving the simplicity of the App & the service has been excellent. I've looked at several apps, including non-shopify apps and this one is the ticket. It's easy to use for both my staff and myself. Ana has been super helpful with questions and reports, including feedback on how to better suit the reports to my needs. Very happy customer!!

The app meets our needs perfectly. It accurately records multiple logins and logouts throughout the day, and the reporting features are robust. We can easily filter reports by employee and export them in CSV format, which simplifies our payroll process. The team is receptive to feedback and quick to implement improvements. Highly recommended! We needed an efficient and easy solution to track employee hours across our multiple locations & this app delivers exactly that. It integrates perfectly with Shopify POS, making it easy for our team to clock in and out without any hassle. The reports are simple to generate and work seamlessly for our payroll processing. The app is reasonably priced, and the support team has been incredibly responsive to our questions.

We needed straightforward time clock that was easily integrated with Shopify POS for our primarily brick-and-mortar store, and Time Tracker does exactly that. Staff has been very responsive with updates (Thank you Ana!). Strongly recommended. I also really appreciate that this app and developers have kept this focused on the time clock process and not a lot of extraneous features. Well worth the very reasonable price.

The app works very well for our needs. The times are recorded very well. Logging in and out multiple times per day is possible. The reports can be filtered by employee/user. Exports of logged in times can be made for individual employees (users) as well as for everyone. This is then saved as a csv file. The support is very courteous and helps super quickly. My problem logging in was fixed in real time. Suggestions for improvement (hourly report as a PDF file) are welcome and listened to. All in all, very appreciative communication. We will continue to use the app. The price-performance ratio is great. Thank you Ana.
