It does what it promises well. I just wish I could control the excel output so I don't have to resize it all the time.
If you have 2 pos systems, staff needs to punch out on the same tablet they punched in on.
Thanks so much for sharing your experience! We’re sorry for the confusion. Staff can clock out from any POS tablet. They don’t need to return to the one they used to clock in. They can simply sign in with their Shopify POS PIN and open POS Time Tracker. Even if the tile still says “Clock In,” tapping it will bring up the “Clock Out” option.
