PTT: POS Time Tracker
The Shopify App has received mostly positive reviews from users. Users appreciate the ease of tracking employee hours, the seamless integration with Shopify POS, and the robust reporting features. I did a lot of research into the best programs and we are thrilled that we went with PTT. Phillip is attentive, knows the program backwards and forwards, and the system is very easy to use. Plus there are ongoing upgrades always in the works so new features become available. All of that and the unmatched customer service- 10/10 recommend!
I wish the schedule would automatically update when I saved it instead of sending a new link to employees every time. I also wish the export format was plain text and easier to read
