A great experience. Thanks Tom! I set up a seven-day trial with TinyBackup in no time at all and had my whole store backed up in minutes. I did have a question regarding monthly order volumes because, only in November, we peak and have an unusual volume of orders. Tom looked at our business and offered a custom price, which I really appreciated. We also use TinySeo and our experience with the installation and service was also top-notch.
