It does what it is supposed to do. It's not exactly user-friendly, in my opinion, but I'm figuring it out. I gave it 4 stars because I like the concept and I'm sure it will get better as I learn more about it, but I've found it won't save my changes sometimes, and sometimes it takes a while for it to load.

This is a great marketing tool! As busy entrepreneurs, it's nice for us to have less tasks to worry about and tinyEinstein frees up a lot of time for us. We especially love the automated email campaigns because they include product promotions for all major holidays. The customer support team is very responsive and helpful...they actually called us on the phone to see if the app was meeting our needs (Wow)! Mashiar did a wonderful job of making an update on the backend to resync our image selections and also let us know about some exciting enhancements that are coming soon. We're looking forward to the new/best seller product features and the ability to customize campaigns. The text generated in the campaigns is pretty basic, so it will be nice to tweak the wording here and there. All in all, tinyEinstein is now doing most of our email marketing for us and we no longer feel the need to outsource these tasks. Big thanks to the team!

From segmenting my customer base to creating personalized campaigns, the app handles everything effortlessly. Updated Review: I got a phone call from Tim Van Winckle (Chief of Goals) who showed genuine concern and care to what I faced. We had a good conversation and I was assured they will resolve the issues ASAP. Original Review: Though the app is cool it has an issue that should be addressed. The app is sending the emails from the backend side of your shopify records. So, if you have multiple shops or if your backend records include your personal email then you ought to know that emails will be sent from your personal email address as the sender. The defualt Shopify emails allow you to send your emails from your email @(yourshop).com and you can review the emails and see subject line, sender, etc. BUT TinyEinstein app does not allow you to see any of this. As long as the app does not allow you to see and modify the emails that will be sent you need to trust a system that cannot be monitored by you... I strongly suggest to add yourself as a customer on your list first and test how it works... IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO THE DEVELOPERSOF THE APP TO GIVE THE USER FULL CONTROL AND ACCESS TO 100% PREVIEWS OF EVERY EMAIL THAT IT SENDS, WITH ABILITY TO SEE HOW THE SENDER'S EMAIL LOOKS LIKE, SUBJECT LINE. EVEN THE SIGNATURE AND ADDRESSES DO NOT MATCH THE ONES YOU ARE USED TO ON SHOPIFY EMAILS.

I'll be perfectly honest: I installed this app with the expectation of being underwhelmed. Everyone touts "AI" as their thing; it's become the latest "blockchain" - you know how you could have sold used bubble gum a couple years ago calling it "blockchain enabled"? That's what AI is now. But... honestly, I'm pretty darned impressed with what these folks have done. Their TinyEmail platform is already bomb-diggity, and now TinyEinstein takes it to a whole new level of automated Done For You. I *would* deduct a star because I believe that the two platforms should be connected intrinsically instead of separate entities, but I'm granting them an extra star for just how bloody good the autogenerated emails are. Sure, I'll need to make a couple of edits here and there, but 5 minutes of edits beats the hell out of an hour of building from scratch. Thanks folks; you've done good with this one.

I'm already using tinyEmail, their email marketing solution which is very impressive by the way if you ask me. But tinyEinstein, their automation/AI software is even better, next-level stuff! In just a few minutes I could generate email content for the next weeks/month, something that would take me hours (to say the least) to do manually. With just a click of a button! It would take me hours to do what this app did for me in minutes. It produced some impressive email marketing campaigns for my store. I only had to provide a little input and was surprised at how accurate the content produced was, not to mention how attractive the campaigns are.

Unlike other marketing tools we used that take up our time figuring out how to use them, tinyEinstein had a ZERO learning curve. We just downloaded, inputted a bit of information on the Rovers and it was done. Well crafted AI driven campaigns began delivery to customers and potential customers instantly. We literally turned it on and it work! A+++
