It does what it is supposed to do. It's not exactly user-friendly, in my opinion, but I'm figuring it out. I gave it 4 stars because I like the concept and I'm sure it will get better as I learn more about it, but I've found it won't save my changes sometimes, and sometimes it takes a while for it to load.

This is a great marketing tool! As busy entrepreneurs, it's nice for us to have less tasks to worry about and tinyEinstein frees up a lot of time for us. We especially love the automated email campaigns because they include product promotions for all major holidays. The customer support team is very responsive and helpful...they actually called us on the phone to see if the app was meeting our needs (Wow)! Mashiar did a wonderful job of making an update on the backend to resync our image selections and also let us know about some exciting enhancements that are coming soon. We're looking forward to the new/best seller product features and the ability to customize campaigns. The text generated in the campaigns is pretty basic, so it will be nice to tweak the wording here and there. All in all, tinyEinstein is now doing most of our email marketing for us and we no longer feel the need to outsource these tasks. Big thanks to the team!

As a solo-preneur, this app is a lifesaver. I have all the automations and campaigns pre-built customized to my brand, and appropriate to the occasion. The tool provides me option to create new content if I dont like what I see. Saves me 10hrs per week, which I can put it back in my business. Easy to use, clean and very efficient. AngelCasuals.com gives this app 4 stars because it has potential. It does lack features such as being as being able to have more than one product in the email. In speaking with Tim, he stated that they will be adding the functionality to customize the templates (text and pictures) along with a variety of templates and layouts. I will be on the lookout for this.
