Absolutely five stars—no explanation needed. Laura and her team are always responsive and quickly resolve issues for someone like me who is not very tech-savvy.

Laura was really patient and she and the dev team worked out my issue I was having with having the Book Now widget appear on my new services-based website. I appreciated the screenshot and link she sent over. They'll help me going forward. Links are good because it saves you time and frustration trying to look for information. Having a Tipo team member just cut to the chase of what I needed to focus on. I was told good thing about the Tipo Booking Appt app and I like that the customer service team was so responsive. H=

The support is very comprehensive. It would be even better if each person could only reserve one slot per service!
