The code does not work; I do not see a space to contact anyone to discuss further. I would like to see an area to contact someone - also I looked on YouTube, it stated the code did not work there either. I was hoping when I looked online; I would see the code written out in the description box of the YouTube video.

Very easy to use. Functionality end to end is much better than many similar apps I tested in order to facilitate appointment booking on site. Ran into some formatting troubles which were sorted out by Tipo overnight.

App is easy to set-up, use and looks good on the front and back end. We would love the following features to be added before giving it 5 stars: - Ability to create a customer on the app's booking page - Access at the very least the calendar and booking option (if not the whole app) on the Shopify POS or on a separate app that can be loaded onto a tablet - If the calendar cannot be accessed on the POS the ability to print the calendar within specific time frames with the following details – name, contact number, paid/not paid – OR to be able to export to EXCEL so we can print. Only having access to the calendar on a PC is very limiting but for us can be managed if we can at least have a hard copy for all staff to view.

**UPDATE** I kept the original issue down below in case anyone else has the same problem. Laura (customer support staff member) helped me for several days fixing conflicts with my theme code. I added this app and now my cart doesn't work anymore. When you add a product to the cart and go to the cart page, the subtotal number is correct but none of the line items are there. Then, when you try to check out, the cart throws an error and says there's nothing in the cart. I would really appreciate it if this problem was solved.

This app has one of the nicest interfaces in the app store, it's easy to use and if there's any issues, they are reachable by email and help immediately. It's very easy to integrate and has lots of distinctive features that make it the best.

I had added this app with the intention of using it in the future. Without me realizing it, they made a number of edits to my site's theme yesterday which messed up my website and cost me a LOT of money when my much anticipated shop update went live today but my customers couldn't buy anything because the "add to cart button" was mysteriously gone from every product page after the edits Tipo Appointment Booking made. I deleted the app and the "add to cart" button came back on my website immediately. Unfortunately it took me hours to figure out that this is what was causing the issue. Really annoyed and wouldn't recommend this app.

Hi, I'm so sorry for hearing the issue. Our dev has fixed the issue. If you install the app and get the issue. you only need to re-integrate theme. the issue will be fixed. One again, I'm so sorry for this issue.

I selected this app to help me with booking pottery classes. Some of it was very straightforward with clear "help" explanations and visuals. Some significant challenges arose when adapting the calendar to my specific needs. I want to set specific dates/times/attendee limits. That part was not necessarily intuitive but it can be done. The five star rating goes to the support team; patient, questioning, and accurate. Even through the lunar new year celebrations this past week I got daily guidance on how to correctly set up my calendar. People are booking classes and that's what this is all about!

Update: Laura reached out and fixed the error which was a bug in the time zone conversion. Issue is now resolved. Wish for the Json on the order to show other than in Json format... awaiting a reply on this issue The app for some reason is showing the date available for the day before although I have it set to show only Special Days for certain dates. So for example I configured it to be available Jan 26, 2020. The calendar has Jan 25 available while Jan 26 is grayed out. Very frustrating.. help please

This app doesnt work in my opinion. I have made attempts to contact their support, and they dont reply. The widget just keeps trying to load and the booking screen comes up with errors. I like the dashboard and the widgets appearance, but that is where my likes stop.
