Perfect App with Excellent Support! I’m a new user of the Tipo Appointment Booking app, and I must say — the experience has been amazing so far. The app is simple to set up and works smoothly with my store. A special thanks to Laura from the support team, who was super helpful and quick to respond. She solved all my queries patiently and guided me through the setup process. It really made me feel confident using the app as a first-time customer. Highly recommended — not just for the features, but for the outstanding customer support!

Tipo is super easy to use and works perfectly for managing our bookings. The setup was quick, and the customization options are great. Customer support is fast and helpful too. Highly recommend if you need a booking solution on Shopify!

Thank you to Laura for helping me figure out a user error issue. After spending a lot of time trying to figure it out on my own, I sincerely appreciate her patience in helping me resolve the issue.

After installing this app, it didn't work right away, so I had Laura take a look at it. In the end, we found out that it was because it wasn't working well with other apps, and she helped me out. I'm glad she was so kind and looked at everything for me. I've yet to start using it, but I feel at ease knowing that I can ask her anytime if I have any questions.

I have to praise the support, Laura was truly amazing and helped me solve all my issues. In the end, the app doesn´t have all the features we need, so we are going to find another one, but thanks to the support, I would gladly stay with Tipo if I didn´t need something else.

I had just installed the app and it showed an error code but a chat box popped up immediately so I used it to chat with Laura about the issue and she quickly resolved it and gave me tips on how to get started, also offered more help if needed - wonderful service, thanks so much!
