I am very impressed with this app. It's perfect for my Christmas event bookings. It's customisable, works well and is easy for the customer to understand. I had a small issue but Laura was so helpful. I got a quick response and the developers actually made modifications for me overnight. If something doesn't work perfectly for you, ask for a bit of help and you will get it. Highly recommended. Thanks again Laura!

The support is very helpful and the appointment booking system that they offer is very useful. I have tested a few but this one is still one of the best appointment booking apps on shopify

The app works well. Could be a bit more user friendly as it's quite tricky to work out where it gets its inputs from for the info used in the booking. I'm using it to allow hosts to book our room for workshops so a little different to how most people use it probably. The chat help feature is good and they always resolve any problems I have within 24 hours.

サポートがとても親切でした。 日本語でも対応可能でたすかりました。 一つだけ、 お客様からの予約の変更とキャンセルができないので、 今後お客様からもキャンセルや変更の処理ができるようになることを期待したいです。

App does exactly what it says it does. Despite running into a few issues/bugs, the Service Team was by far in a way the most helpful service team I have dealt with! Laura was quick to respond and able to quickly and effectively resolve any issues I had and was very communicative through every step of the process.

Tipo not only works great, but is easy to use and the support team behind the app is next level! Laura works very hard to ensure a quality experience and that the app works as it is intended. Very happy I went with Tipo!
