Tipo Appointment Booking

I have to praise the support, Laura was truly amazing and helped me solve all my issues. In the end, the app doesn´t have all the features we need, so we are going to find another one, but thanks to the support, I would gladly stay with Tipo if I didn´t need something else.

I had just installed the app and it showed an error code but a chat box popped up immediately so I used it to chat with Laura about the issue and she quickly resolved it and gave me tips on how to get started, also offered more help if needed - wonderful service, thanks so much!

This app is a game-changer for managing bookings—easy to use, highly customizable, and seamlessly integrates with Google Calendar. The support team is fantastic, always quick to resolve any issues!

Laura was awesome and quick to help with onboarding. A few hiccups meant i couldnt find some settings, but she asked and found some for me. Awesome service.

Just set this thing up, it seems quite easy - I ask a question on how to and while waiting for response I understand how to do it myself. Support - I talked to Laura - is really great and nice! Update - have been using it for a few months - great team, so helpful, love the app, definitely recommend!! Update - it has been a year and support is really great - thank you Laura! - they changed some things that I didn't like and showed me how I can change them myself. Mind you - I have a Free plan :)

It is great for the price. We make it work for what we need and the customer service is great. Issues are resolved really quickly.
