toldby is a Shopify App that allows ecommerce merchants to ask buyers questions on the Thank you page and receive answers in their admin dashboard. The app offers multiple choice, NPS, and open text question templates that can be published on the Thank you page without changing anything else in the checkout process. Merchants can track responses, see which options are chosen, monitor answer rates, and export data to CSV. Additionally, toldby uses AI to summarize open-text answers by quoting them word for word.
