toldby is a Shopify App developed by Vera Labs LLC that allows ecommerce merchants to ask customers questions on the Thank you page to learn how they found the store. The app provides multiple choice, NPS, or open text question templates that can be published on the Thank you page without changing anything else in the checkout process. Merchants can track customer responses in real-time, analyze which options are chosen, view response rates, and export data to CSV. Additionally, toldby uses AI to summarize open-text answers by quoting them word for word.
