they are not solving our problem
Hey I just saw your email about shopify markets, this problem has been resolved, we’re now waiting for shopify to update.

Unreliable & No Communication Amazing how an app we rely on daily can go down without a single notification. No email, no alert, no status update - just silence. This downtime caused us operational loss, and the worst part is the complete lack of communication. For a business tool, this level of irresponsibility is unacceptable.
Sorry to hear that! The issue has been fixed now, and we get measures set up to prevent that from happening again.

The doesn't have the option of simply uploading the shipping rates to the General Profile. It creates a specific one, that locks the app usage forever. Additionally the pricing is extremely expensive, if you need to set up more than a few combinations
Hey! There seems to some misunderstanding, for the general profile part, please note that an app can not update the General profile directly, it's a shopify limitation that forces to create a new profile. Also there is no lock-in, the app only creates a profile in your store settings, you don't have anything to pay for the profile to work, and you can still modify the profile from the settings directly without going back to the app itself. I'm not sure about the last part, the app has a one-time price, it can work without monthly fees contrarily to a lot of other apps. For 120 credits ($7.5) you can already import thousands of rates for thousands of products.

Very powerful app to control handling import of shipping prices from various pre-existing solutions or manually through a csv file. Lot's of fine tune control and little input required. We ran into some issues the night of release for our shop, and through the live chat we were able to quickly get the help we needed and get it all sorted. Turned out to be all user error. I was surprised how hard it was to find an app like this one, it worked better than I anticipated.

I tried many apps, but none of them worked well. Only this one is the most suitable for customizing shipping fees. There's no need for a special monthly fee. I only paid $7.5 one-time fee. The setup is very easy. I'm very grateful for designing such a convenient app.
