Athar was able to help me with a very frustrating issue I was having with syncing a lot of my products to my "tik tok shop". I kept getting errors and "fix me" on many of my jewelry items. I would correct those issues and it wouldn't get rid of the errors. Until finally, Athar saw that I had selected the wrong category for my jewelry. HE SAVED THE DAY! thank you, Athar! I would still appreciate a "bulk" category option as it's still going to be a pain to select each of my products today to change each category.

Easy to set up and it actually works! My items synced very quickly without any issues! The only thing that I didn't really like is that when setting package sizes for shipping, there isn't an option to set it to inches so I had to look up the conversion from cm to inches.
