I really love this app! It’s the best one I’ve found when it comes to connecting my store to TikTok. Customer support from Alex is also amazing. I highly recommend!

My tiktok pixel hasn't been unlinked from the app and I can't add more. What happened? I tried to open a ticket to contact support, but the "send" button doesn't work, my pixel simply disappeared and you didn't even warn me or give an explanation.
