The phenomenon observed with the reviews for Schema App is reflecting the quality of the feedback I've been encountering in nearly all the apps I had to evaluate myself. In most cases I see inferior apps amassing positive reviewes only because either the users were ignorant to understand the issues down the road or the fell for giving away a review too soon before they realize what they bought. Unless someone is aware of the art of Schema (it has layers from: from wrong to making an artword out of it) seeing a 2.5 score will make everyone walk away. Exantcly the reaction when I asked from 2 clients I onboarded last week. They thought I misspelled the name or something. No, the name is correct. Schema App is a pioneer in making sense of how to make this feature accessible to operators of any kind of web entity. More so, it is the only technology that can move deeper in Schema structures and define in great detail what a page is about. Actually not just a page.. rather with Schema Pro you can define what every pixel stands for (hope I painted the picture for you) Conclusion 1: Shopify reviews are heavily tampered (most of the operators have no technical background and they are unable, at least with their first store to judge). Do your reasearch, ask the Experts community, use technology spying tools from fast and clean shops and take it from there. Conlusion 2: Don't buy Schema Pro; Wait for your competitor to crash you on the SERPs then use a technology spying tool ☝ (by this point you have learned your lesson and you managed to find a good one that is also free) so you reach Conclusion 1. Most definetely, by that time the price will go up (they do increase the price as they are improvign their tech) ...shopify reviews.... god forbid..

Update - July 2025 I uninstalled the app like they said and I wouldn't be charged. I was still charged. I reached out to Shopify they said to reach out to the app support. I did this, they gave me a link to a Shopify article that was useless and to reach out to Shopify Support. I hate the run around. Oct 2025 I had my developer put in a ticket with their support team to get this to work and after two weeks there was no response. Paying for an app that doesn't work is unacceptable and when you reach out to their support team with no response for 2 weeks is even worse. If the install goes great, then I'm happy for you, but if you have issues, I would not expect a fast response.

Mark and the Schema App team really have built something great here. Since I am not a developer and haphazardly adjusting theme files is scary, this app provided a great way for us to be schema compliant now and in the future. Thanks for all of your help!
