So far this app is helping me to exactly what I need. I'm actually not using it for the customer-facing tracking info, but so that I can easily on my backend look over shipments for the past two months and make sure that nothing has been lost or delayed, as there's no automatic notification from the carrier or Shopify, so the only way to know if something is late is when the customer asks about it! I'd rather catch it ahead of time, and the dashboard with Track123 is helping me do that.
