Sollte man einmal nicht weiterwissen, steht der Support sofort bereit und hilft kompetent weiter. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Enola, die meine letzte Anfrage schnell geprüft und optimiert hat. Die Unterstützung war freundlich, effizient und lösungsorientiert. Zusätzlich gibt das Team regelmäßig hilfreiche Tipps, wie man Einstellungen verbessern oder das eigene Setup optimal anpassen kann. Insgesamt ein rundes Gesamtpaket – klare Empfehlung und für mich definitiv 6 Sterne.

Unfortunately, I couldn't even complete the initial setup. The app repeatedly failed when trying to connect to our Google account, preventing us from proceeding any further with the installation. We tried multiple times, but the Google account connection would not complete successfully, making the app unusable from the outset. Without a reliable connection process, it is impossible to evaluate the app's features or functionality. A much more robust and reliable onboarding process is needed. Our experience was frustrating and disappointing.
