App worked for 1 day then stopped working. Zero communication available for support. Would be a great option if this worked. Hope you guys are working on it!!!

SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK. WASTED TIME, MONEY, ENERGY & EFFORT ON A FLOP OF AN APP. I SAW THE CRAPPY REVIEWS & IGNORED THEM. DON'T BE AN IDIOT LIKE ME.

Horrible experience after waiting 2.5 weeks for couriers to pick up and countless emails to support which led to nothing but 5x the costs, a lost customer and using a different provider. At least they don’t care because their T&Cs say not their problem. Save your money and go elsewhere

Custom shipping settings via the dashboard are being erased on application launch. Non-responsive feedback after creating support tickets. Shopify also tried to get Transdirect to assist without success.
