Transdirect Shipping
The reviews for this Shopify app are overwhelmingly negative, with multiple users expressing frustration over the app not working properly and issues with integration. what is the worst company in AUstralia? is it Jetstar or it it Transdirect? hard to choose.
Over all the Transdirect platform is very good I can give 5 star to that but this app if I review, I can not go anything above 1 star. App is not working at all. It is useless in integrating to the transdirect account. I wish they will fix the app integration issues soon.
App worked for 1 day then stopped working. Zero communication available for support. Would be a great option if this worked. Hope you guys are working on it!!!
Horrible experience after waiting 2.5 weeks for couriers to pick up and countless emails to support which led to nothing but 5x the costs, a lost customer and using a different provider. At least they don’t care because their T&Cs say not their problem. Save your money and go elsewhere
