so bad！！！！！！！！！no body help and fix the broken system in time untill now !!!! I am unable to sign in to https://app.traxoft.com. The page shows the following error message: Firebase: Error (auth/api-key-not-valid.-please-pass-a-valid-api-key) This seems to be a Firebase configuration issue on the website side. Could you please check and advise? answer!!!!!! so bad !
Found the option to hide poll results! This app is simple and Amazing, thank you for creating it!
The app broke the default template for pages so both header and footer menu stopped working. I asked Traxoft support for help a long time ago but have not received an answer yet. So found out myself that If you create a new template for all the pages then the header and footer menu works again. The app is a great concept, but it is also buggy so three stars.
This is an awesome app with the best support! This company cares about the usability and customer experience which is refreshing and rare! We use this app for our customers to vote on contests we host. It is the perfect app that suits our needs. Thank you for creating this awesome app!
It's a cool concept but for some reason once you enable the app within the theme it messes up your header and your footer, at least that is what it does for me. Would be sweet if I could get some help to fix those issues because I'd love to use it. Update: It still does not work right for me as of August 11th.
