App is loading very slow, I paid $99 and the app does not allow us to upload video - it's says "You need to subscribe to one of our plans. " even though we already paid - this is very misleading. There is no way to import content from our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok). We installed their mobile app and it doesn't work, blank screen. We couldn't find any AI in the app or A/B testing... and there is no chat support in the app to talk to anyone. We have never left a bad review before, we tried multiple apps as we are building our store but after being charged $99 this was a total disappointment.
