When we first demo'd this app for our store I was surprised that the voice interacting with my customers was of such a high quality. It was like I was answering their questions myself. There was a learning phase but the model was soon able to answer more complex questions and speak to customer needs. Every time we have tried an AI model for other aspects of our business, it has failed. What Federico and his team have built is on another level. I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for this type of feature on their site.
