We installed this about a month ago and the customer feedback has been fantastic. People actually use the chat feature! The auto-generated questions are spot-on for our beauty products - asking about hair types, scents, and longevity instead of generic product questions. The global search component has also increased our site engagement. Customers can ask natural questions like """"is the sandalwood scent unisex?"""" and get helpful responses. It feels like having a knowledgeable sales associate on every product page. Easy 5 stars!

As a developer working with multiple themes, I was impressed by how thoughtfully this app handles different environments. The ability to select which theme to add widgets to is a lifesaver when you're managing complex store setups. The installation process is clean and the visual indicators (like the bright red default styling) make it super easy to see exactly where components are placed. The theme editor integration is seamless. This level of technical consideration shows the developers really understand merchant needs. Great for agencies managing multiple client stores!

When we first demo'd this app for our store I was surprised that the voice interacting with my customers was of such a high quality. It was like I was answering their questions myself. There was a learning phase but the model was soon able to answer more complex questions and speak to customer needs. Every time we have tried an AI model for other aspects of our business, it has failed. What Federico and his team have built is on another level. I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for this type of feature on their site.
