We recently started using Trivas to bring together data from Shopify, Amazon, Meta, Google Ads, and Klaviyo. The biggest value so far has been having a unified view of performance across channels without needing to pull reports from multiple tools. The setup was straightforward and the team was very responsive in helping us get everything connected. We’re also exploring their AI Wingman feature to generate insights and reports quickly. Overall, it’s been helpful for getting clearer visibility into our e-commerce performance.

I have been asking the team to actively use it as part of our daily workflow. It's been a few weeks since started using Trivas on our Shopify store at Jetson. Early days, but it’s already made it easier to look at our data in one place instead of pulling from different dashboards. The forecasting piece is interesting...we’ve been using it to get a rough sense of how spend changes might impact revenue. Still exploring more, but overall it’s been a smooth experience so far and the team has been responsive whenever needed.
