Took me just a little while to get familiar with everything. After that, it was pretty much set it and let it do its thing.
This saved me some work on a few product listings. The summaries make it easier to give shoppers an idea of what people are saying without writing everything out myself.
Got this running on my store pretty quickly. So far, it's been a solid little tool for products that are still building up their own reviews.
I like having the option to see feedback by topic. It gives customers a quicker way to focus on the stuff they actually care about
