They have only one person, Joy, providing support for this app, and unfortunately, Joy seems to lack a basic understanding of it. They were unable to grasp even the simplest question about the default placement of the badge. During our conversation, it felt as though they were making fun of us by abruptly ending the call and repeatedly sending the same responses using reply templates, resembling a bot rather than a human agent. Additionally, the app itself is not functioning properly. They take at least a day to respond to support tickets, and sometimes it takes even longer.
