THE ROX STORE review for ShopClimb ‑ Trust Badges

I joined the premium version of this app. However, the budges only show up on desktop version of the store but not on mobile version. Since most of my customers come from their mobiles. This app is definitely not helping my store at all. I have sent a ticket to the help centre but I did not get any reply
