I real like this app. Before I used copy badge image on google but it was not reflect as professional. Since I use this app, my client feels more comfortable.

I have just upgraded and it's still only showing the basic app features, so I would appreciate some advice on how to sort this issue out, please. I'll send an email to support now and update this review once the problem has been sorted. UPDATE! Installed this app on the 12th April and upgraded - it didn't upgrade, so I still only had the free version! Contacted the app provider and heard nothing for a few days, so had to send another email and request a refund for the upgrade that never took place. They replied eventually and said they'd issue a refund that would take a couple of days to show in my account. IT'S NOW THE 23RD APRIL AND STILL NO REFUND! HOW IRONIC THAT IT'S CALLED A TRUST BAGDE! DOWNGRADED THE STAR RATING FROM 3 TO 1. 29TH APRIL STILL NO REFUND - ANOTHER EMAIL SENT REQUESTING REFUND!

Good app that does as it says on the tin. Customers will feel more comfortable seeing logos they recognise to pay with. Can’t say if it secures mores Sales, but it won’t lose you any sales. Thanks from Mad Eye Gifts.

It does what is says and is a snap to install, requiring almost no effort. BUT, the premium color credit card badges are ancient images and should be brought up to date. UPDATE: I originally gave 3 stars due to the above, but I got a quick reply from support offering to update the badges. Bravo!

Free Trust Badge is super easy to install and configure for your product page. Highly recommended addition with both free and premium versions available!

I asked the Shopify Help Desk to figure out how to add these badges to my site, After much discussion (1.5 hours) I was told that I would probably need to contract a web programmer to add these to my site. After those discussions I decided to check the App Store and found Free Trust Badge. What a great app! 30 Seconds after installing it I was up and running! Thank you!

I paid for the premium version and it's totally worth it (since it's a one-off charge!) as you get access to more badge styles and installation support. The support team is also very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this if you're looking for a Payment Trust Badge!
