doesnt work, no customer support either
I don't know how you can say "no customer support" since I replied to your email 6 hours after you sent a request. Could you reach out to me? I can reset your free trial period and give you a $5 re-activation bonus. [email protected] also what part of the product are you saying "doesnt work"? UI Trustbox widget or the automated email followups? Based on your email, you said you couldn't get past the paywall, which is unusual since many others have been able to install and use the widget successfully.

This app is not ready to be used. Not user friendly at all. Their widgets don't work, you can't add them on your website even though it's presented as an option. Support is lacking, they respond in line 3 days. Not a great experience would try Loox.
