Support nur via Ticket erreichbar da keiner ans Telefon geht Allerdings ist der Support äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit! Mein Problem mit der Integration konnte schnell behoben werden :) Warte derzeit noch auf die "Trustbadge", wenn das auch noch klappt, wird die Bewertung nochmals aktualisiert :) ) Intransparente Kosten bei Abschluss (Angebotspreis =/= Rechnungsbetrag da im Angebot mit Nettopreisen gearbeitet wird und mit einem Grundbetrag geworben, welcher aber stets zusätzliche "Pakete" benötigt)

Ik werk nu een aantal weken met Trusted Shops en dat gaat erg goed. De onboarding was professioneel en ze hebben de tijd genomen om alles goed uit te leggen. Je kan ze bellen wanneer nodig en reageren snel op mails. Ik kan het iedereen aanbevelen.
Bedankt voor je mooie review en de fijne samenwerking tot nu toe! Wat je in zo’n korte tijd hebt bereikt is echt indrukwekkend – 19 beoordelingen met een uitstekende score van 4,79. Dat is een topresultaat en laat zien hoeveel vertrouwen je weet op te bouwen bij je klanten. Je Trusted Shops Team
