Katastrophales App-Design! Völlig unflexibel. Support und Vertrieb sind telefonisch nicht zu erreichen, Anrufe gehen sofort auf ein Telefonsystem in den USA. TrustedShops kassiert nur ab und vertritt nicht die Interessen der Händler (@ TrustedShop: die Händler zahlen Eure Gehälter!). Sucht Euch in jedem Fall eine andere Lösung! Fast jeder andere Anbieter hat besseren Service zum kleineren Preis! Sicken nur Jahresrechnung und fordern dann per Anwalt alle Außenstände ein. Keine Zahlungsaufforderung, keine Mahnung = Halsabschneider!
Die App funktioniert nur bedingt, speziell mit mehreren Sprachen ist man verloren. Der Support ist fragwürdig, warte immer wieder auf Antworten. Theme Integration ist sehr eingeschränkt, minimalistische Funktionen. Firmenpolitik mit Zwang zum Abo für digitale services - Lässt die Finger davon.
