Einfach eine Katastrophe diese App. Die Z-Berichte können nicht digital per PDF an die Buchhaltung/Steuerberater gesendet werden, teilweise wird die TSE aufgrund "technischer Probleme" nicht gedruckt und auch sonst ist es eine Unverschämtheit, dafür Geld zu verlangen.

Die App funktioniert seit Wochen nicht mehr, trotz mehrfachem reset. In den Kassen steht immer, dass er auf Daten aktualisieren ist. Ich zahle für 3 Standorte und es funktioniert nicht. Sehr schlecht

The app is a disaster. Same experience as others here. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Eventually, the POS loses contact with the TSE, and there is a constant message saying that the TSE is inactive. Paying $9 a month for this is one thing, but the other issue is that it is not legally compliant. One should consider banding together and potentially holding Shopify accountable if fines are incurred. After all, they are offering a service for money that is not being delivered, yet they are still taking the money for it. I believe they have an obligation to provide the service.

Die App ist eine Katastrophe für eine gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Funktion. Es gibt keine Alternative, und Shopify interessiert es nicht. Sechs, setzen. Tut mir leid.
