Français & English : En un mot: Fuyez! Si vous souhaitez faire du POD avec eux, oubliez tout de suite. Tout ce qui est en POD passe en tout tout tout dernier. Leurs autres services ont l'absolue priorité. La personne qui s'en chargeait s'est barrée et depuis c'est le gros bordel à ce niveau. Le système de tracking? Une vaste blague! Pour ce qui est du SAV... ça n'en est tout simplement pas. Ils répondent au tel 1 fois sur 20, et ça c'est quand la boîte vocale n'est pas pleine. Et les mails sont répondus avec une compassion digne de celle d'un robot. English In a word: RUN! If you want to do POD with them, forget it right away. Everything that is in POD comes in the last position. Their other services have absolute priority. The person in charge of it got out and since then it's the big mess at this level. The tracking system? A huge joke! As for after-sales service ... it just isn't. They answer 1 time out of 20, and that is when the voicemail box is not full. And the emails are answered with compassion worthy of that of a robot.
