We've been with TUNL right from the start, which means we've been through testing versions of plug-ins and BETA phases of their app - and rarely did it ever feel like an app that was still in development. When there are small issues TUNL has always been super helpful and on it straight away. After almost a year of using the latest TUNL version of the app there really is no alternative. And for merchants in South Africa - this is the ONLY way to go. This is the international shipping answer you've been waiting for. Easy installation and integration into our existing workflow and site design. The fact that we have one dashboard (external) for all our international shipments where all addresses, product info and HS codes get automatically pulled through to makes booking shipments a breeze. We (and our customers) love the TUNL team!
Shipping internationally can be a daunting experience but with the TUNL team it is so chilled. They are super helpful and friendly throughout the process, quick to respond to emails/messages and have a whatsapp line to contact them even faster iff you get stuck or need any assistance! :)
