I am unsure if the other reviews here are legitimate. This is by far the easiest returns app that we have used on Shopify and we have tried the really big ones. The problem is it does not work out of the box immediately. Your Shopify store does not sync to the app. There is also no documentation on their website or otherwise, available to help you set it up. It does not allow you to "white label" it. It also links your customers to their support team if they have problems finding their order. That doesn't seem feasible. I think the concept is brilliant and whoever set the app up is a pure genius but it doesn't work just yet and you will waste much time.

It has been a relief since we started using Turnr. This app has really saved me a lot of time as a customer service agent. We work more effectively and our customers are pleased with our faster service. Not to mention the great overview of returns and statistics you get at the platform!

I can highly recommend this app for your e-commerce store. We have saved a lot of money and time. You will get a very good dashboard with the data you need for the returns and exchanges. They have good support as well
