Avoid at All Costs – Twilio is a Nightmare to Use (PLEASE READ, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED) If I could give Twilio zero stars, I would. This is, without a doubt, one of the most frustrating and poorly executed apps I have ever used on Shopify. First, the setup process is a convoluted mess. The documentation is vague, and crucial steps are buried under layers of unclear instructions. Instead of providing a seamless integration, Twilio forces users to wade through endless technical jargon and guesswork. If you’re expecting a plug-and-play solution, look elsewhere. Second, the software itself is unintuitive and riddled with unnecessary complexity. Instead of prioritizing usability, Twilio seems designed to frustrate. Simple tasks take far longer than they should, and nothing about the interface is user-friendly. Worst of all? Their customer support is abysmal. If you run into an issue (which you will), expect delayed, unhelpful, and scripted responses that don’t actually address your concerns. You’ll be stuck in a loop of automated replies, irrelevant knowledge base articles, and “support” reps who clearly don’t understand their own product. This app is an absolute disaster for Shopify merchants. If you value your time, your sanity, and your business, DO NOT install this app. There are far better alternatives that won’t leave you pulling your hair out. Twilio should be embarrassed by how broken and inaccessible this offering is. Stay far, far away.

I love this app! It's simple and intuitive, easy to set up, and allows me to integrate directly with my own Twilio account rather than buying a number from a 3rd party. Support is fast and efficient.
