すべての機能を使いこなせていないのですが、主機能であるレビュー収集については満足のいく結果が得られています。ウィジェット設置の際にチャットでの問い合わせを行いましたが日本語でまったく問題ありませんでした。開発者の姿勢にも大いに好感が持てます。長く使っていきたいと思っています。
