Nous avons avons été beta testeur sur l'app au moment du lancement. Les demandes d'adaptation ont été prises en compte rapidement par l'équipe Uber pour nous permettre de lancer le service sur un premier pilote sur notre chaîne de boutiques. Nous déployons sur le réseau ce mois-ci (25 points de vente en villecentre et en centre co) avec un accompagnement sur mesure pour la mise en place et la formation des équipes internes.

I have been waiting for a direct integration between Shopify and Uber for a long time, so I was incredibly excited to see this app finally launch. Unfortunately, the experience has been a major letdown so far. It feels like the launch was rushed—the app is extremely buggy and I can't even get past the activation screen to set it up. I really hope the dev team fixes these bugs quickly because this is a feature we desperately need, but right now it’s unusable.

Does not give an option to set lead time before the order is ready and drivers are sent way too fast. Unable to use this because we have items that require lead time of 1-2 days before they are ready.

The app includes scheduling options once installation is complete, but we do not see an installation for your store in our system, which may be why those settings are not appearing.
