This is a very good app, but I've got an italian store and i actually can't find a way to change the language. I've written to the customer support but i've never received any answer...

uLoyal is the perfect match for our needs! The onboarding process was incredibly smooth, and the team was very supportive and knowledgeable. They helped us create the perfect loyalty program for our customers! Ask them as many questions as you want - they are loyalty experts! Allowing my customers to create coupons by using their points directly is indeed an amazing feature! Use their scratch card and wheel of fortune feature to drive stickiness and higher customer interaction. Also, the Surveys and Review & Reward features are perfect for capturing valuable data and social proof. 100/100 - would highly recommend uLoyal to any website that wants to retain its customers!

The onboarding process was smooth, and the team was very supportive and knowledgeable. They helped us create a really nice loyalty program for our customers! Ask them as many questions as you want - they are super helpful and address all doubts very swiftly. Allowing my customers to create coupons by using their points directly is indeed an amazing feature! I personally love their games - especially wheel of fortune - these are super engaging ways to drive customer interaction. Would highly recommend uLoyal to any website that wants to creatively retain customers. We have just started and it’s going well!
