This was told it would match my current theme colors, and it doesn't. There is no way to edit it and their customer service contact link is broken. Other apps have a fast chat box to reach customer service, but this one doesn't.

Tolle app. Funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Sogar eine kleine Anpassung wurde auf Anfrage sofort und kostenlos umgesetzt. Habe 4 verschiedene Apps ausprobiert, keine hat richtig oder vollumfänglich funktioniert bis auf diese.

So far, this app is really easy to use and shows up clean. Suggestion I would like to be able to change the font. Price is right.

A great app that perfectly addressed our visitors' needs. I especially want to highlight the technical support — they not only helped us adapt the styles to match our websites, but also found a bug in the theme and explained how to fix it.
