ChinaHobbyLine review for Hextom: Upsell Sales Boost

I've been using this app for several years, but recently I've been encountering more and more issues. Last Thursday, I emailed them to report two bugs, but it's been five days now and I still haven't received any response or seen the issues fixed. These problems are already affecting the shopping experience on our website and are having an impact on our conversion rate. I have to say that compared with the past, their technical support and customer service have been getting worse and worse. As a long-time customer, I'm really disappointed with this level of response time and support.
