We were reviewing the app expenses and noticed that we've been charged $89 USD per month, even though the most expensive plan listed on the Shopify store is $69.99! We don't understand why we've been overcharged, especially considering we have a website with only a few items. We find it very unfair that apps take advantage in this way.

Our app's pricing is based on the number of published products and the languages the store uses for product translation. Additionally, premium features such as displaying variants as separate products can also incur extra costs. As the app is no longer installed on your store, we're unable to verify the exact combination of features that may have led to the additional charges beyond the basic plan. We truly regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
