The Pathic App lacks essential video tutorials, making it difficult for users to navigate and understand its features. I encountered several issues where the app wasn't functioning properly. Despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot, the problems persisted, rendering the app nearly unusable. The user interface also feels unintuitive and clunky, adding to the overall frustration. I hope the developers address these issues soon to improve the user experience.

The size chart calculator cannot display the recommended size after I input the height and weight, so I want to delete this function module, but the entry is not deleted. I tried to ask a question and contact customer service, but no one responded after waiting for 2 days.
