he BEST service ever!! Easy to install... one small setup issue but Lynda was there immediately, offered to take care of things, and two minutes later... all is well. Any additional needs for my store, I'm checking conversion bear first. Thank you!!
Thanks for the lovely review 👌Happy to help. Lynda.
Only just added it but so far its pretty impressive. Very easy to install and operate, looks really slick in application. Support is already present which is really nice. Plus, its Free! Hard to go wrong there. Will update if anything changes but seems fantastic at this stage.
Thanks for the fantastic review 👍 Highly appreciated. Lynda.
Easy and simple to use, just get the job done, and well done! Installation of HTML code for the badges requires basic knowledge in editing Shopify theme codes. (just copy and paste on to the right place)

Does exactly what is advertises it does. I had an issue with it showing up on my pages, contacted support and within hours they fixed it and it is working great. Also I like that it is full color and replicates the card brands which a lot of other apps didn't appear to offer. Great little app.

Conversion Bear is the best bear in the forest. I had some issues setting it up (user related) and Lynda walked me through it literally step by step and was friendly, considerate, fun and understanding. It was a clinic on customer support. Badges look beautiful AND this was the only app i found that had the color options for free so props to them for the exceptional offering here. Above and beyond.
Oh wow 😇thank you sooooo much for the amazing review. Lynda.

Great app and very very very great service. To be honest, it's the only Trust Badge app that worked for our site, we tried all. Thank you, Lynda!!
Thanks for the awesome review 🤩 Lynda.
I had an older trust badge app on my site, but when I tried to align it left, right and centre, it wouldn't move. I looked for another app and tried this one. I ended up with 2 badges, and couldn't remove the one I didn't want, not realizing that it was an old one. Lynda helped me with this even though the problem wasn't a Conversion Bear issue. She was very nice and I recommend this app and the customer service both. Thanks Lynda!
Happy to help! thank you for the great review. Lynda.
Really disappointed as this app looked promising. The trust badges loaded at the bottom of the page rather than under the cart button which I had checked as the option. It also slowed my page load time down considerably and the trust badges would load in groups rather than simultaneously. Appreciated the quick reach out from support and have upgraded review on that but have gone with another app that worked perfectly from the get go as I required. Thanks anyway.
Hey, thanks for sharing your feedback. As I'm a merchant myself - I know how frustrating things can get! I'd like to address the two concerns you raised. Wrong theme placement > Our apps are built to work in 1 click. After seeing my mom struggling with setting up her online business, I set ease of use as my top concern. Thing is - there are over 1000 possible Shopify themes. We are actively mapping and adding themes as we go, but sometimes the auto placement just gets it wrong. In that case - we have a manual app addition option. You can do it yourself in 5 minutes (as shown in the step-by-step video we provide) or we can do it for you (we've successfully helped over 100 stores with different themes). Loading times > There are 2 ways to make apps work on Shopify - injecting app code into the theme files or loading through an iFrame. Each option has it's downsides. The main downside when injecting app code is that it could mess up merchants liquid files causing a potential damage to the store. But, it would make it badges load together with the page. Since more elements (images) are added - It will still increase loading times. I know some other apps may take the risk of messing up theme files. For us - it's too big of a risk. We decided to take the other option and load the app via an iFrame - that means our app loads after the entire page is loaded. Same loading time increase, different experience. That keeps us on the safe side - avoiding possible harm to theme files. All badges we use are super light (SVGs only) and together with our minimized app code it makes badges load as fast as possible. Sometimes, things just don't go as expected but I think I deserve a chance to help you fix the issue you had. I'm sure our app can meet your expectations. As you're an entrepreneur yourself, I hope this resonates. Best, Lynda.
