It's a complex app but solid. Feliks went totally above and beyond in helping me implement and troubleshoot. They implemented several new features that we requested in less than a week. They also were happy to take an onboarding call with my team to make sure customer service understood every aspect of it. Totally impressed
I was having a hard time getting everything working between Shopify and Umbrella. As someone new to Shopify app integrations, I quickly realized there are a lot of moving parts, and getting everything to function the way you want can be challenging.
