Gave it quick test and very quickly realized it is woefully under developed and lacks very simple modifications that most stores will need.

Unicall was easy to set up and worked right out of the box. The AI voice agents sound really natural and handle customer questions like order status, shipping, and returns without any manual input from us. I love that it syncs directly with our Shopify store, so customers get real-time answers without waiting. It’s a great way to offer 24/7 phone support without hiring extra staff.
