Best customer service by far, anything you need help with James is immediately on it even coding up custom bits for us to help with the branding & functionality with our random assortment of other apps. All functions work seamlessly for customers as well

He's incredibly responsive, always there to answer any questions I have in a flash. It’s rare to find such top-notch customer service, and it’s a huge reason why I’m sticking with Unicorn! The app itself? A total dream come true. It bundles everything you need into one place, so you can manage your upsells with ease. There were a couple of features that I realised I could streamline by just sticking with Unicorn’s all-in-one setup and honestly, it’s made my life SO much easier. An incredible cart app with even better support - the team at Unicorn are responsive, helpful and easy to communicate with. Super easy to set up, James provided amazing support when we went live (and has been on hand within minutes whenever we've need to check in). Highly recommend!

Since implementing the cart with shipping protection I've had 2/3 of my orders include shipping protection. The setup call was very handy to get some questions answered and I managed to set up a couple of cart's over a day which was pretty quick. Highly recommend

Fantastic app! So many great features that I couldn’t find all in one app previously. Super fast technical support who helped me with a Shopify issue I was having. Well priced can Highly recommend! Love that they’re open to suggestions/requests too.
