We've been using the Unitee Shopify app for quite some time now, and overall it's been a positive experience. One thing I really appreciate is how actively the team keeps expanding their catalogue. They regularly launch fresh designs, trending styles, and improve existing products based on feedback. Collections like the Vintage Wash and Ombre Wash t-shirts have been excellent additions and have sold really well in our store. It's good to see a supplier that's continuously evolving instead of keeping the same catalogue for years. The Shopify integration is straightforward, product syncing is smooth, and getting started is easy. The team also seems willing to listen to merchant feedback and make improvements, which is a big plus. That said, there are still a few areas where I believe the platform can improve. The biggest challenge has been operational consistency. We've experienced fulfilment delays during certain periods, occasional production and order-processing issues, and slower-than-expected resolution of support tickets. Since print-on-demand businesses rely heavily on timely fulfilment, even small delays can affect customer satisfaction and repeat business. If Unitee can continue improving operational reliability and speed up support responses while maintaining the pace at which they're introducing new products and styles, I believe they'll become one of the strongest print-on-demand partners for Shopify merchants in India. Overall, it's a platform with a lot of potential, backed by a team that's clearly working to improve. I'd be happy to continue using and recommending it as they keep refining the service.
